GlareOne LED 220 BiColour D

The GlareOne LED 220 BiColour D is a professional grade 220W bi-colour LED continuous light with two powering options: AC or by V-mount batteries through an additional GlareOne LEDAV adapter, for mobility and versatility in the studio and on location. The light features very high colour rendering (CRI/TLCI >97), high efficiency and brightness and a built-in Bowens-type light modifier mount.

Colour Fidelity

The TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index) for this model is >98, CRI is >97 and TM-30 regardless of the current colour temperature setting. This makes the lamp great for illuminating a set during both filming and photography, allowing superb colour reproduction.

Adaptive

The light is equipped with a COB LED chip, which is capable of producing light with colour temperatures ranging from 2700K all the way up to 6500K. This gives great flexibility in working with the ambient light of various origins - natural or artificial.

Non-Flicker

The light can be successfully used to illuminate the scene recorded with a maximum frame rate of up to 400 frames per second, without flickering.

Power

The GlareOne LED 220 BiColour D is characterised by high efficiency and high power of generated light. The lamp is capable of providing a light output of up to >55000 lux, which translates into the ability to easily modify and bounce the light to achieve the desired effects on set.

Noiseless Operation

The light is equipped with a cooling system that consists of a heat sink and a fan, which works extremely quietly, as it does not exceed 30 dB. This low noise level makes sound recording on set easier. In situations where absolute silence is required, the fan can be turned off, using a key on the control panel, and used only in passive cooling mode (at reduced maximum power).

Lighting Effects

The LED 220 BiColour is equipped with 9 lighting effects that allow you to simulate the light coming from a broken fluorescent lamp, fireworks, lightning (in three variants), flashbulbs (in three variants), and a TV.

Remote Control

A radio receiver compatible with the GlareOne LED RC remote control is built into the unit. In addition, the light can be controlled wirelessly using the GlareOne Studio app.

Power Supply

The GlareOne LED 220 BiColor D can be powered from two sources - from an AC grid using a power cord (included) or using V-mount batteries via the GlareOne LEDAV adapter (available separately). Two V-mount (14.8V) batteries with a capacity of 200 Wh will power the lamp shining at full power for up to 100 minutes (the time depends largely on the quality of the battery used).

Versatility

Thanks to its Bowens-type accessory mount, the light can work with almost any light modifier available on the market, manufactured by GlareOne or by one of many other brands. LED 220 can be used with a variety of softboxes, snoots, barndoors, reflectors, Fresnel lenses, and.
