Terms & Conditions – Wex Photo Video GoPro Prize Draw

1. Eligibility:

  • The prize draw is open to end users who purchase a GoPro camera from Wex Photo Video between 01/04/25 and 30/04/25.
  • Purchases must be made within the promotional period to qualify.
  • Employees of Wex Photo Video, GoPro, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry:

  • Each qualifying purchase grants the customer one entry into the prize draw.
  • Entries are automatic upon completing an eligible purchase—no further action is required.
  • Multiple entries are permitted if multiple qualifying purchases are made.

3. Prize Details:

  • Two winners will be randomly selected, each receiving a pair of VIP tickets to the MotoGP at Silverstone (23rd–25th May 2025).
  • The VIP ticket includes entrance and hospitality only.
  • Travel and accommodation are NOT included and must be arranged by the winners at their own cost.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The draw will take place after 30/04/25, conducted at random by Wex Photo Video.
  • Winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided at purchase.
  • If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Wex Photo Video reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. General Conditions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash alternative.
  • By entering, participants agree to their names being used in promotional material related to the prize draw (if required).
  • Wex Photo Video reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Data Protection:

  • Any personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize fulfilment.

7. Promoter:

  • This promotion is run by Wex Photo Video and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Silverstone or MotoGP.
