Can you use the EVF-11 and the HU-11 together at the same time?

The EVF-11 and the HU-11 cannot be used simultaneously. This is because they both attach to the same side of your chosen SIGMA fp series camera system.

Can you still record audio from an external mic and monitor audio via headphones with the Sigma EVF-11 attached?

The Sigma EVF-11 has an in-built 3.5mm stereo mini-jack to allow for headphone monitoring whilst shooting video. This has been specifically designed to not impede the camera's microphone input - allowing you to connect an external mic and monitor audio simultaneously.

What is the difference between the two included eyecups?

You are provided with both the Eyecup EC-31 and the Large Eyecup EC-41. The EC-31 is essentially the standard, whilst the larger EC-41 is more suited to glasses-wearers and those who prefer wider eyecups.
